3. Invasion of the Rudolph's

Hi everyone!
On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me: an invasion by reindeer biscuits

The recipe we used is as follows:

  • 250g of margerine or butter
  • 1 cup of icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups of flour
  • pinch salt
Basically, you cream the butter and sugar and then add the beaten egg. Then add flour and salt. You roll the dough out between two sheets of baking paper and cut out the shapes.. To get the reindeer head, you use a gingerbread man cut-out but he will be turned upside down. You cook the biscuits for 8-10mins at 160 degrees Celcius.

To decorate: melt milk chocolate into a bowl and ice the biscuits. Then add the lolly raspberries, white chocolate melts and milk chocolate chips as pictured.

So as you can see, with a bit of Michael Buble on the side, we have had an invasion by Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.
If you were wondering, we made a double batch and that is how we got so many. Of course, you can use any biscuit recipe you want, I was just telling you what we used.
